I have the skills and education to handle every aspect of building and maintaining your website. Meaning that you can count on me to personally handle all of your web-related needs. So you won’t have to run off in the middle of your website project and find someone else to deal with some obscure aspect of the project.

That’s because unlike most web developers, I have an end-to-end understanding of website development to rely on — gained through education and experience. I have training and familiarity with everything from the first graphic designs, to building the site architecture by hand, right through to creating and implementing the site’s database systems.

All of this means that I can develop the front end of your site (what your customers see) from the perspective of knowing how that affects the back end (which runs what your customers see) and vice versa.

Web Application Programming, including development of content management and information collection systems: Using common, yet powerful internet scripting languages, I can design and develop programs that will streamline your business. The goal in creating any web application is to enhance the experience of your website for the user. For a business, that most frequently includes providing a service or tool online that shortens your sales cycle with the customer. This makes the customer happy since he or she gets what is wanted faster. This makes the business owner happy as less effort and expense is needed to convert that lead into a sale.
Flash and ActionScript: While Flash is often the most overused and expendable tool in the web developer’s arsenal, sometimes there is just no better tool for communicating with your website’s users. Let me show you how Flash can be used effectively to enhance communication with your customers.
Information Architecture, Interface Design, and Usability/Accessibility: Website design begins and ends with proper information architecture. Without a clear organization of your content, your website will become an incoherent jumble of links and pages. My experience and training will ensure that your website will communication your information clearly, concisely, and effectively.
Project Management and Consulting: Much of my experience has involved guiding my clients toward suitable web technologies and away from the ones that will be ineffective. I specialize in gaining an understanding of a client’s business and recommending a web strategy that will work for the business. If the solution involves the services of other professionals (i.e. a designer and/or a writer with whom you are comfortable), I will manage the project to ensure that your website is completed in a timely (and cost effective) fashion.
